Hershey vs Woody

I don't really want to do either one, neither appeals to the pace I want to go at or my sense of mathematical satisfaction. I find that if a method is mathematically satisfying then it also lends itself to automation, and automation is where I want to go.

I would probably delve into JH's stuff first if I had to.
 
Hershey's stuff is smooth and the consistency is great. mmmmmm mouth feel and pure flavor. On the other hand Woody is hilariously funny if you go for the nebbish laffs. I like his work from the late 70's best. Just my take..
