GOP numbers were higher than that prior to 2020 .Trump causing numerous republicans to lose their GA races and Biden bribing GA voters with a 2000 stimulus check if they voted for Warnock and Ossaff makes GA look more blue than it actually is.

Dems are gaining in GA but its still a red state.

Call me crazy but attacking Herschel as "stupid" by media/others is a losing strategy that comes across as elitist. Walker's got a gentle and charming "aww shucks" charisma to his idiocy. I am not sure righties or even some borderline moderates will appreciate it.
