I like regular german shepherds. Mine would never behave quite like this and would be recalled on the first verbal command but its an example of what happens when you dick with german shepherds. You can see the one dog basically dragging the guy off.

Both dogs should have been leashed. If this happened in the USA you would be jailed and the dogs impounded.
