Herman Cain is Doomed politically

You don't have the brain power to be a nurse's assistant, let alone a nurse.

Where do you "practice" so we can avoid you?
Quote from RCG Trader:

He stated in a post conference that he did not even know this woman. In so doing, he screwed himself.

Slander is a tort, or civil law, meaning a civil lawsuit can be brought against someone who is accused of slander. In the United States certain facts must be established for someone to be found guilty of slander. Assuming there is proof that the defendant uttered the alleged statement, the statement must be overheard by someone other than the subject or other “privileged” parties. Slander must also clearly identify the party or entity, and the intent must be malicious.

If he does not do this, and soon, this will sink him.

Further if ANY evidence comes out that he did know this woman, it's all over.

Romney is the only viable GOP candidate, and the GOP base hates him.
Quote from RCG Trader:

If Cain does not sue her for slander, then it is very nearly an admission of guilt. Any man trying to cultivate the no nonsense persona as he is would have slapped her with a civil suit before she got off that stage.

Devil, do you even HAVE any kind of training? Do you even have a GED? What the hell are you talking about?

I know you are standing in for your guy with the daddy issues, but you will have to do better than this:D

Quote from Navin Johnson:

A decision not to sue her for slander is not "very nearly an admission of guilt." How do you prove slander in court in a he said, she said case? Using your logic, Obama probably had a gay affair because he did not sue Larry Sinclair for slander.

Okay, lemme try this again.

1. She called a press conference.

2. She made statements that were in detail about Mr. Cain.

3. The statements were made in front of witnesses, and recorded.

4. If the statements are false, then she did this:

slan·der (slndr)
n.
1. Oral communication of false statements injurious to a person's reputation.
2. A false and malicious statement or report about someone.

This is an actionable offense in a civil court of law.

You're so pathetic it would be funny if you weren't part of the health care system.

A lawsuit can be filed for just about anything. Go back and re-read my earlier question. I asked how do you PROVE slander in court in a he said, she said case?

Also, what about Obama? Why didn't he sue Larry Sinclair?

1. He called a press conference.

2. He made statements that were in detail about Mr. Obama.

3. The statements were made in front of witnesses, and recorded.

4. If the statements are false, then he did this:

slan·der (slndr)

1. Oral communication of false statements injurious to a person's reputation.
