AA helps prevent discrimination based on race like this
The government alleged that the Trump company "discriminated against blacks in the terms and conditions of rental, made statements indicating discrimination based on race and told blacks that apartments were not available for inspection and rental when, in fact, they are," the Times reported.
If HE owns the property, then HE should be able to discriminate on any basis he wants. You are basically advocating thought police.
So if someone suspects that someone's decision had something to do with race, then the government should try to determine that person's thoughts and prosecute them for them?

The fact is that most people socialize for the most part within their own group. Most people simply prefer the company of people like themselves, who they identify most with. This naturally leads to white landlords having more white tenants and black landlords having more black tenants, white employers having more white employees, and customers, black employers having more black employees, etc etc. Donald Trump, or anyone else, could have 95% white tenants, without being "racist" at all.

That's a great point. AK, why don't you care about the discrimination against white people which AA is defined by? Do you think that racial discrimination is only bad if it's targeted at people who aren't white? Do white people deserve to be discriminated against? Explain please.

Donald Trump can socialize with whoever he wants and he doesn't have to let blacks into his personal residence. When he rents housing to the public he should not be able to discriminate on the basis of race and I support any program that prevents him from doing so
I don't define AA as discrimination against white people.
But that's what it is. It's racial quotas against white people. Why do you support racial quotas against white people?
If I didn't agree with his definition of AA there was no need to go any further
