I was in conversation with him for the last 2 years and learned a lot from him. Found many materials very very useful. He was a really hardworking guy and always pointing out what it would take for becoming a systematic trader.

But I'm really upset about 2 things.

1. Client conversation is very unfortunate.
2. After a certain point, I believe he took a wrong turn, kept believing he's fully ethical while he's not anymore. He was a real professional for me until he decided to keep and publish a record with assumptional past data. Plus, not taking into consideration the commissions and slippages which have huge effect on scalping systems.

Maybe things weren't going very well for him.. But anyway, this cannot be an excuse for this kind of behaviors.

Now he has a chance to take some action. If he doesn't take responsibility for what's happening here and will not start to publish a live trading log very soon, I'm done with him as well.

"Hardworking" is not an edge in trading. If he had an edge he would trade it instead of sending out emails of reversal patterns.

He'll never trade live; at least not on anything other than a sim.

Scott and Atilla, You would both be wise to apologize to each other and never mention your interaction again. Neither of you did yourself a favor with this exchange. Scott, I wouldn't buy your course - ever. Atilla, I wouldn't sell you my course if I had one to sell. Oh, wait. I do have one to sell, but not to you.

Here comes the point where I realize why I never hang out in trading forums.

I came here (yes, joined yesterday) just because Scott invited all his mailing list members. I came, and I stabbed him. He asked us to be honest, and I was honest as I can be. Don't care if this hurts him, but I do care if this might change him though.

I know it's not enough for some. I see the rage and I understand. I know where it comes from. Been there, but don't want to be there again. I've got better things to do in terms of trading.

I've found my edge elsewhere, not with Scott, but I couldn't have found it without him.

Mentioned what I liked about Scott and pretty clearly criticized him. (Not enough for some but sorry guys, I won't participate your execution party)

I disagree.

I saw his past as well as his progress. I worked like crazy with his stuff. And it did help me.

Now I'm against him because the assumptional past data is misleading the beginners.

@Scott, if you're reading this, please stop doing that and start working with a real account log if you're honest and really trust in your system. If you're not an asshole, it's a good time to prove it.

Trading for us retail type guys/gals is a pursuit of a single mind, that is, it's a type introvert world where you mould trading to suit just yourself, forget about buying shit from backyard marketeers, besides, there are plenty enough professional sponsors on ET, reach out to them with your queries or further education if you need a shoulder to lean on.

Your goal as trader is to learn a skill and building confidence in trading from valuable trading education sources. Validate your trading skill to prove an edge. Sim trade your edge to futher valiadte it. Then trade and make money with your edge.

You paid for a course, now LEARN. Take valuable informatioin from the course and disregard informatioin that is not valuable.

What happens after you buy the course, you have NO control over. Stop wasting time arguing about things you can't control.

Go make money. I have bought 3 or 4 price action trading course. I can careless what the owner of these courses do after I buy it.
