Here's the Apology Letter from SBF

He thought he could create a market out of thin air, out of nothing. Instantly. And he did. They lasted only for a short while and then imploded with another billion here and there...
Kinda sounds like crypto, don't it!

Jane St knew he was a fraud. There was a nerd-group on JS-WoW players on Discord. He was, by far, the lowest ranked player of that generation of JS-hires. The US-Japan arb was good for a couple mil after he received backing. Some say no more than 8-10MM.

He had an arb that was traded flat within three months. Alameda and FTX coexisted during the country arb yet they failed to monetize it. Because it was gone and the dude is a fraud.

There wasn't even a general ledger sheet. Have you people see the excel sheet that was offered to the public?

He knew from the outset that he could run fast and loose bc in the end all he has to do is codelock everything -> drain the wallets -> insert malicious code and he walks away with a B or two in shtcoins.

Aren't you the same guy who told us in 2000 that it "Kinda sounds like the Internet, don't it!"?

The internet wasn't about to go anywhere, and no one is going to abandon DeFi.

Skilling literally made markets out of nothing. He even set up a whole division to trade band-width, which is pretty stupid since there wasn't even a possible way to do this. Later, he tried to sell the Weather (no joke). Enron really did come up with a lot of crazy things...

They just assumed, if you keep hiring the guys with the smartest university stats, that one of them would come up with a way to make something finally work. Well, it didn't work. Unless you count on Fastow's magic system of placing a box inside another box, to perpetuity. Then turning it into an infinite money-making machine.

Chanos knew something was up, and had his hedge fund place their shorts. No one wanted to believe him until it was too late.

No in 2000 I was an idiot buy and holder. I learned my lesson. Don't believe anything you hear. Don't trust anybody. Price doesn't lie to you!!

So why didn't you buy and holder Amazon & Audible? You would have had generational wealth by now. Same if you had bought and held BTC/ETH all this time.

Oh wait, you 'Learned your lesson.' :p

I didn't have to. I managed to become wealthy by being disciplined and not holding losers.
