If Robert Mueller can charge Russian trolls with crimes for trying to impact US elections by posting on message boards, then why should foreign trolls like Tony Stark be allowed to post on message boards trying to impact US elections?

We were told by Mueller himself that it was illegal. Why can these non-Americans on ET spread propaganda to influence elections?

Is this not a fair question?
