When the gov't takes over or gains a large share of the equity of banks, how will lending decisions be made? Who will get loans?

Do we even have to ask?

What and the big money won't be able to 'influence' the 'new regulations' again?

The big money always wins in the US, well most of the time anyway.

Give it 5 years and then it'll be back to business as usual, just in a slightly different form.

Many regulators don't like to piss off their future employers, the big money wall street companies :)

In their sties with all their backing
They don't care what goes on around
In their eyes there's something lacking
What they need's a damn good whacking.
