Here Comes A New Ice Age!

Ah ha! The voice of reason.

Quote from jem:

It also shows that this deal is cyclical... because after the glacier goes away... the green comes in... The green eventually eats up all the CO2 and we go back to cooling.

We know warming is cyclical by looking at the ice cores and we know that warming precedes the buildup of CO2 by 800 years.

What we do not know is if man's contribution if any will speed up the cycle and cause the rebound to cooling is faster, slower, something else or have no effect.

Ice ages take centuries to unfold and last thousands or years. Our human rhythms of life are way to short for any one of us to see a real drastic change in the climate during our lifetimes.

NEVER FORGET.........CO2 is LIFE GAS!!!

I will take a HOT planet over a COLD planet ANY DAY!!!

BTW, TREES and PLANTS LOVE CO2!!! :eek:

D O N E ! :cool:

Never forget TREES, plants love CO2;
and speaking of cooling/air conditioning, trees are great air conditioners.COOL:cool:

Some trees drop leaves in fall[which helps let the ''climate change'' LOL, but true.];
walking on sunshine, & dont it feel good -the song says:D

I read somewhere that there is evidence that sometimes long term drastic climate change takes place in a matter of a decade or two. I'm too lazy to go look for the source.

Actually it looks much nicer without the glacier.

I agree.

I just turned up my air conditioning by a few degrees in an effort to help contribute my part in ridding alaskas mountain range of these ugly glaciers. :D

LOL. That was a good one. Al Gore can hold his breath for a week to make up for that carbon blast!

If they were serious about carbon emissions they would be trying harder to put out the rampant forest fires that are spewing mega-tons of carbon into the air.

It's all natural folks!
