Bravo.

Expect a deluge a stories in the democrat media about "targeting the most vulnerable" and "cruel cuts that hurt people's lives" and endless baby seal stories about sympathetic people whose lives will be ruined.

Isn't it odd that we never get such stories about people impacted by illegal alien crime or islamic terrorism?

The right wing media uses lots of antedoctal stories to justify their immigration policies. In fact, it's almost entirely antedoctal. When someone says they don't like Trump's Wall, the standard response is "tell that to Joe Blo, whose son was killed by an illegal Mexican immigrant."

A good start.

However the reality is that most of these cuts will never get through Congress after all the special interested lobby to keep these programs.

Spike,
Your a smart kid.
Which of those programs would you keep and why?

Tax cuts for the wealthy.
Oh that sucks. When will I get my tax cut? What am I supposed to do with it? I don't need anything. 47% are already paying no taxes so we can't cut their taxes. They should just cut taxes for small business.
