I figured Quoth the Raven got a job at Pershing Square. He was anti HLf and then wrote a post saying how he spoke with Bill ackman and then immediately got real quiet on Seeking Alpha.

while I disagreed hlf would be shut down, his analysis is very good.

I remember that whole thing pretty well. There were a lot of elite traders who all of a sudden understood the intricacies of multi-level marketing. However, a company doesn’t do this for 40 years without knowing how to pass the letter of the law.
