Help with pattern day trader rule (Balance below 25K)

Let's say I submit an order to buy a security, e.g 100 units of BAC. The order has been filled and then later, the same day, I submit another buying order for 100 units BAC which has also been filled.
Suppose I don't sell any BAC units that day, will these 2 buying transactions be counted as a day trade?
