Help with MT4 please?!

Hi guys,

Have searched as best I can for answers to my question, both here and elsewhere, to no avail.

Can anybody tell me how to enable account netting (or disable hedging) in MT4 please?

I was just short 0.5 lot, with a 0.5 lot buy stop above the market as a protective stop. However when the price was reached I then became long 0.5 lot and short 0.5 lot, instead of being stopped out, as I had wished/expected.

Anyone know how to fix this please? Using XM's MT4 for Mac.

I believe it's set by the broker on the back end.

Otherwise, right click on one of the orders; then click "Close By" and click on the offsetting order.
