Help with IB wont execute my limit option spread order..screenshot

Then, I don't get it either. If it was routed to globex, then the order should have executed. Prices matched. Order executes.

Whenever I did spreads, I used market orders instead of limit orders. I did this with IB. This way I got my spread or better. Execution as fast. I believe that IB is a market maker on GLOBEX. I preferred to do my spreads as basket orders/market orders instead of using the spreadtrader (or whatever it is called). Never had a problem this way.
