R rdumas Aug 17, 2006 #1 I was wondering if there was anyway of knowing what foreign (non-U.S.) companies have filed prospectus' with the SEC for Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB's)? Also, would such prospectus' be filed using F-3 forms? Thanks for any/all help!!!
