Help on entering OTO orders in IB

I am an IB trader and I was excited to find this thread while searching for how to create an OTO order using TW4.0.

However, I can't find the answer in the thread. Can someone help by re-replying with some detail about how this is done, or where I can find it in a TW user manual?

OTO is not directly built-in; but there is a very clunky way of setting it up that requires too many clicks just for one OTO using Alerts. A few other brokers can let you have multiple OTO-->OTO [(one triggers other) triggers other] with less clicks. For more details, ask IB CSR. If one IB Chat CSR does not understand OTO, then try another one or ask him/her to ask around.
 
GTC thanks for taking time to respond. Now that you mention it I too have noticed that some IB CSR don't seem to understand the question I was asking.
