Help needed

Hi, I am new to trading and I do not have any experiance with trading. I wanted to know who I can talk to, what I can read, and where I can go to learn to trade on-line and make some money? I am very egaer to invest my money on something that will give me a good return other than the housing market. Any advice on what I can read and or go to make me into a successful trader. Thanks in advance :-)
 
as per above....read, read, read.
for fun read Market Wizards and Reminiscences of a stock operator. if you dont feel interested after that give up.
if this has whetted the appetite read this forum some more books and ideas.
