Help needed: IB-TWS & MQT users

I need to reformat my C: due to a virus infection, before doing so, I was just wondering if there are files that I can backup so that I won't need to setup everything again after the formatting. :confused:
(my charts, data, hot keys, .. the list goes on, just the thought of having to adjust everything to norm is driving me nuts :(!

Are there such a file from the TWS and MQT folders?

Any help is appreciated
 
For complete TWS recovery you can make a copy of the JTS folder. (It's about 5MB) or if this is to much just copy the setting files.

All your settings are in a subfolder. You can look for [.lyt] files
hotkeys.lyt
layout.lyt
etc
