HELP ! My software is acting up

When I open the Sterling Trader platform, everything is fine. I can open up charts, data, etc.

But when I open the position summary window, everything freezes ! Cpu usage goes to 50%. Platform doesn't work.

Tried unisntalling, reinstalling the software, restarting the computer, nothing is working.


Can anyone help ?
