Anyhow, if your boss is that bad, I would bail. As one poster stated, a non-compete contract can be enforced, BUT it is NOT legal for the contract to state you can't trade (meaning make a living.) What is enforcable is if you were to go on your own and start a similar trading firm, hire employees from the former firm, etc.,
