long slow walks for a long period of time is all that is needed...short fast paced excersises wont do the job and it is very hard to do that everyday as opposed to long brisk walks....
losing weight
1) drink a glass of water immediately upon rising
2) eat a big breakfast ( im not so sure about this, but i have read many times )..this is so u arent hungry all day
3) drink 8 glasses of distilled water each day
4) walk for at least one hour non stop per day...the body is designed to walk. research shows that slow, rhythmic movement exercise, such as walking, resets your body weight set point and creates a thin , lean body.
5) do not eat after 6-7 pm
6) colon cleanse..... some have lost 15 pounds of compacted fecal matter after a good cleanse.
7) eat organic grapefruits all day
8) absolutely no apartmane or artificial sweetners
9) no MSG
10) no diet sodas or diet foods
11) no fast foods or chain resteraunts
12) reduce or eliminate the uncontrollable urge to eat when you are not hungry....
these are just some of the things i have read you can do to shed seme pounds...peace
