Not in Cameroon but in Botswana, Kenya and Zambia. So there are none in Cameroon? I find it hard to believe. There's always a friendly loanshark that could help you.

The friendly loanshark asks about guarantees...that I don't. If it was the case why raise money online? It's really the only way available to me to get funding and I will continue to believe that it is the relevant way for somebody like me without guarantees!
