How does a miner become certified? What does it mean to him? I guess he must pay taxes and stuff right? Well and the region he is mining in...

All gold dore bars are sold by exchange offices with all required documentation. There is an only-accredited government-based gold laboratory which produce all gold certifications and all export gold must meet stamps of this national laboratory. So these gold exchange offices buy from papered miners only...or do these gold exchanges separate the wood from the chaff for you? Are you able to pass along these certifications from the gold exchange offices legally?

I can't export any raw material now because I don't have any funds to finance material purchase, exports costs, tax fees and so on...I can't afford traditional bank loans or any alternative financing sources. I now realize it will be very difficult for me to get working capital as a young entrepreneur without any trading history or financial records... As a trading passionate, I launched this fundraiser to continue in the trading business and forge some experience and relevant contacts that will help me later in the physical part of my business.
I don't know this organization. It seems specified to miners. My firm is not in mining industry. Are you a member and active in this organization? Will they endorse you?

When I travel to Bertoua region, I am surprised by huge growing number of foreign traders like US, Brits, Chinese, Middle-East citizens dealing gold transactions on-stage; despite such dramatic news!
