Yes I can write code, was a full-time software engineer.

Learning how to read candlestick charts is pretty useful, this book is a quick read and probably the most practical book on that list.

Reminiscences of a Stock Operator wasn't on the list, but if you're planning to day trade you should read this book at least once a year.
