A normal Executive Chair like the one I'm sitting on right now would be fair more comfortable and functional than the one in OP.

It looks exotic (the wood, the leather) and is of high quality
Make sure the metal parts and rollers are of high quality too.
I had quite a few bad experiences;
- the metal part broke and I almost knocked my head
- the metal bushing (brass material) cracked
- piston jam
- castor wheels jam (because of hair)
