I did not see the clause regarding the API. I was choosing a specific route for quite a few of the limit orders, but yes it was manually through TWS.

It was the only way I could see myself on LvlII.

Yes, if I was being reluctant to move out of a bad trade. However, the stock was running up, and I wasn't really even sure I wanted to chase it.
