help getting IB data to work with multi charts

I am new and have been having a hell of a time getting IN data to work. I want to sim trader of course and I can not get data to run . I am really confused. Should I just go to tradestation?

I want to run auto trading eventually if the algorithm I am writing is C# works. Multicharts has to go through a third party system to chart trade with tradestation and I don't want to do that. I have contacted AMP and they have never gotten back to me after I filled out an account form. I really need some guidance on where to go.

You have your duplicate posts reversed. You posted the one with the IB thing in the trading section, but neglected to mention IB in the IB section...

In multicharts you have to set up the connection to IB. Contact multicharts support on chat. Not sure why you have an amp account as well.
