hedgefunds, asking US government for money, doesnt that mean jail terms for managers?

Ok now we have hedgefunds asking for money from the government. if the rumours are true and kenneth griffin asks for money, doesnt it garantee no matter what guilty of no crime, he will somehow face a long jail sentence.

Huge, huge "shoddenfroid". I have mixed feelings about saying it but I have hoped that he would become wealthier than Buffett and Gates or implode. No shades of gray in the middle.
