Absolutely.

And to take money from the markets means you must first learn to respect the markets. And this means internalizing the fact that no matter how "big" you are, you are still "small" in the grand scheme of things. And with this realization, you lose the desire to brag about your background or rub anyone's nose in it or look down on those not as "worthy" as you.

There is a chapter in Taleb's book Fooled By Randomness entitled "If you're so rich, why aren't you smart" or something to that effect. He says it better than I.

This has got to be the best trading strategy book ever written (for the short term swing trader not following a quantitative approach). The patterns have actual testing! Check it out folks. The stuff works. And you can follow how LBR actually uses the stuff in her chat room.
