Hedge Fund jurisdiction thoughts? Bermuda or Caymans?

I'm starting an offshore hedge fund for numerous reasons (international investors and relaxed laws mostly)...

Is there any recommendations/considerations between Bermuda or Caymans? Is either one better than the other for any particular reasons?

Doug Casey and his team know more about the realities of international financial jurisdictions than a lot of us combined, decades of real world experience with such things. I have studied his material for quite some time, a very grounded approach. He thinks extremely highly of the Cayman Islands, for a variety of reasons.
