I was at Stevie Cohen's house for a fundraiser for Chris Dodd. A few weeks ago, Dealbreaker.com posted the invite online, but have apparently taken it down because I can't find it anymore. It was a very private affair--$1,000/head (despite the fact dealbreaker.com posted it on the internet) , no cameras allowed. Here's the only proof I have that I attended:

A credit card payment was processed by Chris Dodd for President.

And I posted my credit card contribution. I can also "make up" other transactions using the power of my keyboard. LMAO.

smurf, in a court of law, your and your dates (timmay) evidence of his being at SAC's house would be laughed at. By timmays own admission, the invite was on a website. He/you have shown zero proof. You have proved, though, that both of you are jerkoff wannabees.

Anyway, let the court of Oprah decide. I strongly guess that we won't be seeing timmay on Oprah any time soon, and you and timmay can thank ghostzapper for that.

Now why don't you run along smurf, and go and try to start another competing website to ET. But please DO NOT pm me and beg me to post on it like you did the first time.

BTW, any action on my offer to bet $100K that I have blown you away in terms of being recognized for trading prowess and careers? I stand by my assertion that I was featured in 2 of the most prestigious financial periodicals. How many financial periodicals have you been in smurf ?

And no, posting a journal on ET doesn't count.

the bet had nothing to do with your credentials and/or trading ability---twisting the facts once again. the bet, which you suggested, was that Tim was not at SAC's house recently. i have no clue who you are--billionaire or pauper nor do i care. the issue here is your insistance on a falsehood regardless of proof offered and your twisting of facts in order to discredit as witnessed above.

by the way, im flattered that you remember that i asked you to contribute to my old site. I still have no clue who you are and why you are proceeding in this manner.

Let's put the money in escrow and organize an impartial group of our peers to make a determination based upon the evidence we present. Let me know your suggestions as to how we should proceed in selecting an impartial jury and judge in the matter. I'll present my evidence and you can present yours.
