Black on black violence? Yep, it goes up too.

State and local taxes? They go up too.
Gotta pay for all those school buses, cop cars, fire trucks, and a million other gsa vehicles.

Honestly, I'm really not that political... but Biden... he's probably going down as the worst president of all time. After the Afghanistan debacle, the Southern Border where not only tons of illegals that we know absolutely nothing about cross daily... but enough fentanyl is crossing daily that kill 10X more kids under 20 than all the covid combined EVER will.

I'm sure Joe's a nice guy. Probably a super nice guy. And I do think he cares about people... but it's the f'ing idiots he has surrounded himself with that think like you.... the binary thinkers, that will unfortunately seal his place in the history books and possibly destroy our country from within.

You suffer from jumping to conclusions. You should read the comment that I replied to for better understanding of what the context is. However, that’s just how elections work, we don’t do ranked choice or parliamentary style, it’s just winner take all in America.

Moving aside from your totally off base attacks on me, FYI I grew up in a home with disconnected utilities and things like that. So save your ramblings about privilege. They just don’t apply to me.

Now oil is an issue and at $160 would eat into a significant amount of the American economy, and the world’s. I don’t see oil going to $160, I don’t know why anyone would think that price is on the board. But you never know. I wouldn’t put my money on it though.

You’re very political. Whether you like it or not because an objective look at the overall conditions shows we are in strong but choppy economic conditions. The truth is we are probably near peak inflation and oil prices.

Biden is in bad shape politically and history shows it’s hard to pull out of generally low approval ratings.

And another truth is that the future is definitely uncertain with Covid. We just don’t know where this is going. The disruptions it has caused and will possibly cause pose a significant challenge to organizing supply lines and manufacturing.

As that impacts the working poor and middle class is a significant concern. The situation is not as dire as you make it out to be. Wages are up and jobs are plentiful, there’s significant movement in the labor market. Like I said, choppy. I do advocate though we should be focused on the poorest Americans. As ever, they suffer even in the best of times.
 
Oil will inevitably rise to (real) $160, and beyond, but there will be recessions of various types along the way that will bring the price down—temporarily. The sawtooth-shaped upward trend will continue.
