- If you are healthy, you only need to wear a mask if you are taking care of a person with COVID-19.
- Wear a mask if you are coughing or sneezing.
- Masks are effective only when used in combination with frequent hand-cleaning with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
- If you wear a mask, then you must know how to use it and dispose of it properly.

There is so much stupid fail in this it is beyond imagination...
A. Before putting on a mask, clean hands with soapy water/alcohol.
B. Cover mouth and nose with mask to make sure there are no gaps between skin and mask. What is the diameter of a virus again? Pretty sure it is less than the gap between your face and a mask. But that is okay, because you have a mask.
C. Don't touch mask while using it. If you do, clean hands with soapy water/alcohol.
D. Replace your mask once it is damp, which is after a few breaths, because you are now going to infect all of Metropolis. You are now killing people.
E. Remove your mask from behind so you do not get the virus on your hands. Because God-forbid you get the virus on your hands, or else you are forever doomed. So wash your hands with soapy water/alcohol anyway.
Remember to not touch the mask. This means don't put it on, because after you washed your hands with soapy water/alcohol, you will have touched the mask to put it on, and you will infect the world by doing so.
Once you are wearing the mask, you cannot remove it, because you have touched it and will infect the world. So wash your hands with soapy water/alcohol anyway.
Wait...Where did you get the mask? Those are for first responders only. You should not have a mask. If you have a mask, it means it was given to you by someone not authorized to have a mask who then gave it to you, so they are infected with the COVID. Please burn those masks, and wash your hands with soapy water/alcohol.
The bottom line...
Wash your hands with soapy water/alcohol, and stop the madness.
