From what I've read, this is the first instance that a requirement to be a US citizen requires you to purchase something, in this case - health care.

Solution:

1. Buy all healthcare stocks as they are now public utilities.

2. Do not buy health insurance. Wait until you are sick or hurt then go to the emergency room.

3. Pay the fine for not having health insurance, which is cheaper than paying actual premiums

4. buy health insurance once/if you become ill. you can not be rejected for pre-existing conditions.

5. Rinse repeat enjoy.
