They should have lowered the Exchange Fee from $1.50 > $1.20 per side.

Crude Oil, Heating Oil, and Gasoline miNYs
Member $0.45
COMEX Member Rate $0.83
Non-Member $1.20
Natural Gas miNYs
Member $0.30
COMEX Member Rate $0.40
Non-Member $0.50
