The current system is rotten to the bone. Give everyone equal access to the market. That is the very definition of equitable markets. Let everyone place concurrent bids and offers in the market at a precision that applies to EVERYONE equally. How often did you put in a buy order with limit above best offer and the best offer magically disappears in some stocks and even options in certain cases 50% of the time (talking about DMA) ? That's the shit people are dealing with on a daily basis all in favor of 5-10 pockets that are getting filled.
I don't care about this guy, I care about voices that speak up and tell how it is. Nothing about current market access is fair in the slightest. It's a corrupt game where some elitist firms pay for privileged access through data fees and other arrangements to gain an unfair advantage.
