Where did I imply or say that the deep state is only left?

Our politicians on left and the right are mostly owned by the same people.
The same people who control a great deal of the assets and have managed to hollow out our country since the 90s.

I don't have a problem with honest to goodness somewhat socialists who wish to provide better government.


You want to pay for my our health care and give kids good schools... I can chip in for that...but I would prefer vouchers to make everyone compete to provide a better product.

He's the thing on that.

A MIC would prefer the status quo; not some TV show host clown talking all about how he's going to shake up the government; unless that clown was in on it.

So, a Deep State/MIC would either not want Trump elected in 2016, and prevent it;
Or they would elect him in 2016, because he's one of them.

So, if they elected him in 2016, they would have also done so in 2020 (especially since he was about military spending).

IOW, A Deep State, or MIC would either embrace Trump, or shun him--in both elections. There would not have been the spit decision we saw.
 
They didn't think he was going to win in 2016, they got fooled.
Then when he started taking us out of wars and got Europe to start contributing to NATO among his other transgressions, they got pissed.

They made sure he did not win in 2020.

An entity as powerful as your 'deep state' would not leave something so critical to chance. They would insure the results they want; not guess as to whether they need to intervene.

Trump said he would take us out of wars and make NATO pay before he was elected. That was no surprise, even to the average citizen. Certainly not to the all knowing "deep state."

I'm sorry, but your theory fails. Sometimes, it just "is what it is."

He won. Then he lost. That simple.
