Haven't TN/TB changed for few minutes

Did the T-Notes/T-bonds stay the same for several minutes? (Jan 27 around 10AM) I am not sure the data source is ok?

Looks like ZN had a 16 to 11 point move 10 - 10:15 to me. No range at all?
