Hardly.
When it comes to education, the student gets out of it what he/she puts into it.... not to mention all the "affirmative action" bullshit.
The biggest problem with minority students.. they don't make the effort. They don't go to school, they don't pay attention in school, they don't do their homework... then cry "woe is me... I ain't got nothin'.. I can't get no good job". They're more interested in gang bangin' and being cool.

If you want to get ahead in the world, at a minimum you need to speak and write proper English.... you need to be able to do basic math.
If you don't "bother" to learn any of that, what the HELL do you expect out of life? (If your speech and writing communication are ignorant and you can't do even basic "cipher'n" [Jethro Bodine], how can you expect to get a job even in the mail room?? With all the Affirmative Action BS, the world bends down to kiss you feet if you're even minimally competent ... how do you think Odumbo got promoted to where he is, sadly?)
All of the minority "ne'er do wells" never bother to do even the minimum.
I can't feel sorry for them... I gotta SUPPORT/PAY for them (so says "Odumbo Law") ... but not liking it in the least... I don't feel sorry for those who won't help themselves.
