Hate Bloomberg. How to display historical intraday data beyond 30day history?

Hi all,

Using GIP in Bloomberg, I was hoping to see any intra-day data in any given date in the past historically.

But I was told GIP can only display the past 30days intraday data.

I have to download data to Excel and display using Excel charts.

But I would really like to see the chart in Bloomberg because Excel charts are poor.

Any thoughts about how to do that?

To summarize: the data is there, we can download to Excel,

but BB doesn't allow display the data...

How weird...!
 
If you find out let me know! I'd also like to use GIP for a single day in the past but unless I'm missing something you can only see the entire history from X days in the past to the present. Ended up just writing my own UI for looking at data against a tick data database.
