Has anyone used or seen this tick data?

Did you look ad their ad?
"Futures data are time stamped to the nearest minute,
tick-by-tick, for the day sessions."
Not sure what that means. Anyhow, I wouldn't call that Futures Data "tick data", even if it's pricey.
