Has anyone else tripped up a program buy or sell on naz stocks?

I have noticed that sometimes while trading on lower volume stock I have some how tripped up or triggered frantic bid ask movements on L2. This usually happen when the price has been about to hit a retracement line on the charts. I put in a buy for 1000 shares and its like suddenly it pops up a few ticks.

Have you guys noticed this happen on L2?

What you've done is wake up the dozing MM's , who, having seen an actual buyer, not one of thier tape painting friends, spring into action to capture your trade.
