Has anybody ever set up a foreign bank account, or can tell me how to do it?

The reason I need this is not for taxes or hiding assets, but for cashing out of online poker. Banking in the US has made cashing out from an online poker site progressively more difficult. If I can open a foreign bank account, a lot of problems would be solved.

Anybody ever open one up before, or steer me in the right direction?

If I do, Bahamas are only a $50 flight from here in Florida. But I have read that offshore accounts can be set up and accessed online. Odd thing is I can google all info on foreign accounts, but can not find a guide on how to set one up.
