Nobody is going to grow a Neanderthal. It will not happen. It would prove that they were humans that had lived for hundreds of years in the era before the great flood. Human nose, ears, keep growing and the skull changes shape as people get older, the forehead slopes back more... the nutrition and atmo was far better before the flood, they were stronger people.
