These are the petty pompous liberal assholes who people pay hundreds of thousands to for an "education." Like Gruber this guy really thinks he is something special.

So much for looking out for the little guy, liberal asshole bully prof goes after chinese restaraunt over 4$, insists they pay him twelve, these are the authoritarian shit heads that liberals want running our country.

oh man, I wish I was a lawyer, I would be doing this almost everyday to everybody
nothing pisses me off more than getting ripped off
my problem is, all I have is a hot head and a dirty mouth
I hope this goes on and on, and the customer finally gets a big settlement

Not sdure the guy is trying to "Rip anyone off" he probably just had some old obscure outdated site. It was probably a guy who works 12 hours a day at his restaraunt and is just happy to be in the u.s., you wanna go after someone go after a big business not guys like this. Thats the problem, big businesses can deal with this shit, little guys like this could go out of business because of stupid regulators hasseling them.

Your right about the proper reply, or give it for free, but i sense that the level of douchiness in the emails to begin with got the guys back up. If you run a business where you deal with the public, you have to stick up for yourself at some point otherwise youd never make any money. I agree that the customer is always first but there comes a point when you just have to tell someone to fuck off.

A good friend of mine owns a bunch of bars, and he had to deal with one of these self righteous beurecrats before, he challenged him and won on some firecode restriction and then spent the next 2 years getting hassled for one restriction or another, he even had the cops come in on a saturday night and ask if they were over fire code number of people, and the cops literally cleared out his entire bar so they could count 1 by 1 as people were leaving, and it turned out he wasnt even over code.

People done understand the kind of damage 1 lone beaurecrat with an agenda can cause to a small business man. When this guy cleared out his bar it was 9:00 on a saturday, he said it cost him probably 15k because nobody is going back in once a cop is standing in the door way, so his bar remained empty for the night, even though the fire marshall guy was wrong there was nothing he could do about it.
 
Apparently, Edelman apologized. I'm sure he's sorry for the world seeing what a dick he is, and not really for being a dick.
