Quote from Range Rover:

Interesting note from the poll.Educated people gave Obama positive marks.Uneducated southern trailer thrash gave him low marks

Gosh I wonder what sort of college degrees these folks have.

Some sort of liberal arts degree from UC Berkley perhaps?

Probably none, but the type in your videos largely favored McCain and Palin

WP/ABC poll - Obama leads 52 percent to 43 among likely voters, uneducated prefer McCain/Palin

Poll: Economic fears give Obama lead - Washington Post - MSNBC.com

After the GOP convention McCain was up in this poll 49-47

Whites without college degrees favor McCain by 17 points, while those with college degrees support Obama by 9 points

Palin's favorable rating among whites without college degrees remained largely steady, but among those with college degrees, it dropped nearly 20 percentage points

Palin's unfavorable rating has gone up by 10 points in the past two weeks, from 28 percent to 38 percent

independents with favorable views of Palin dropped from 60 percent to 48 percent

among independent women Palin's support dropped from 65 percent to 43 percent

62 percent of Obama supporters said they are "very enthusiastic," compared with 34 percent of McCain's supporters

Neither Kerry or Gore ever had more than 50% support in this particular poll

Obama Education Gap Extends to General Election

McCain leads Obama among those with a high school education or less

by Jeffrey M. Jones

PRINCETON, NJ -- Barack Obama leads John McCain by a significant margin among voters with the most education, but trails the likely Republican nominee among voters with the least formal education.

Thus, it appears that Obama's strong showing among educated voters in the Democratic nomination contest would extend to the general election as well.

These results are based on aggregated data from Gallup's daily tracking survey, spanning March 31 to April 6 interviewing. Obama and McCain were tied at 45% for the general election among all registered voters in these data.

Education is not equitably distributed, intelligence is too heavily influenced by environment, and there is of course the genetic component, so I'm not comfortable with bashing the brains (no pun intended) of one political group or another. That is a non-productive course and it inflames people for the wrong reason.

Pointing out why their precious world-view is not in and of itself sufficient is an easy enough way to inflame them, and it can bear fruit. : )

I read where a survey of college professors reveals that 88% of them claim to be "Liberal"... compared to only 20% of the general population.

Seems that not only do kids go to college to party and get laid, but also to get a "Liberal brainwashing"....
:(

Why are you using data from 2 1/2 years ago to defend your position about politics TODAY? Why the need to go back that far to find something to support your argument? Why can't you find something more current?

Americans who give the president the highest positive ratings are those with a post-graduate education (48%), a college education (47%), and those living in the West (42%). On the other end of the spectrum, almost three-quarters of those with a high school education or less (72%) and two thirds of Midwesterners (66%) and Southerners (66%) give the President negative marks on his overall job.

Another empty-headed cut & paste monkey who thinks he is educated so he should be able to decide how the rest of us live.
