no such thing as "negative volatility". you MUST do some reading, mate.
Successful _________ seems pretty difficult.
You can fill in that blank with option trading, stock trading, bond investing, futures trading, forex trading, etc...
If it were easy we would all make money in it and the returns would not be worth it. LIke anything worth doing, it requires skill, hard work, discipline, study, experience, etc..
