IMO, out of the 3 charges he's facing, 2nd degree manslaughter fits the best. I have no idea what the jury will do though. I'm sure they're feeling significant pressure to convict him of murder.

He will likely get 10-15 years based on standard sentencing procedures if convicted of third degree murder. He'll be out in less than 10 years with good behavior. A lot of people won't see that as justice and there's likely to be riots.
