I'm under strict orders from my wife and daughters to "eat everything, smile and be pleasant."

When I briefly spoke to my daughter's friend's father, our host for the evening, he asked me if I was allergic to any foods. I said, "shellfish." He laughed. I had to do a little research to figure out why that was so funny. Actually, it's quite funny.
